Airport Road Mini Storage opened in late 2004 with 72 climate controlled units and 60 regular units.  As units rented, additional units were built:  the second regular building in 2005 with 64 units, the third and fourth regular buildings in 2006 with 118 units, the fifth regular building in 2011 with 53 units, and the sixth and final building in 2012 with 48 units.  The complex is currently built out at 72 climate controlled units and 343 regular units which currently stay 98% occupied on average and net Beaver Coal Company approximately $20,000.00.  The property also contains a leasing office and a gravel parking area for the storage of vehicles, boats, RVs, heavy equipment, etc.
