Patriot Point Village is a class above your typical mobile home community. Singlewide and Doublewide Spaces are available.  Mobile Home Lot rent includes trash service, lawn service, and snow removal.

 

We do have a few requirements that must be met in order to be a part of the community at Patriot Point Village.  Mobile homes must have vinyl siding & shingled roofs.  Newer model homes are preferred to preserve the appearance of the neighborhood.  Your home doesn't have to be brand new but it must be in good condition.

 

ATTENTION PIPELINE WORKERS!!  We now have long term RV sites available for $600 per month.  Water, power, sewer and trash service included.  TV, internet and phone service are also available on site.
